the lettuce pun is truly awful- and yet I feel the need to resort to it every time I run out of anything clever to say.....

these are as simple as they look and are basically a salad in a fancy shape...
I used avocado, mushroom, onion, tomato, carrot. Simply use a cheese grater to slice it all up nice and thin- obviously not a huge deal if you dont- give it a bit of braggs and wrap it up in a romaine leaf (or leaf of your choice) and presto!
see! fast, simple, super good, and equally fun to make!
note: you may need to use toothpicks to hold them together. I often de-spine and soak the romaine leaves for a bit to give them a bit of weight and pliability.
